I received fewer items than the quantity I ordered. The order was incomplete, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I expected the seller to carefully check the quantity before delivery. Very disappointed with this experience.
Supplier response: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the short quantity in your order. We understand your disappointment and take this issue seriously. Our team will review what went wrong and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
The seller was helpful and responsive throughout the process. The product was delivered in good condition and matched the description. Overall, I had a good experience, although there is still a little room for improvement in delivery speed and communication. I would consider purchasing from this seller again.
Supplier response: Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We’re glad to hear that you had a good experience with us. We truly appreciate your suggestions and will work on improving our delivery speed and communication. We look forward to serving you again! 😊
